In Sedes Sapientiae, we were honoured to have the presence of S.E. Msgr. Antonio Filipazzi, the Apostolic Nuncio to Nigeria, among us on the 11th of February 2021. He was ordained a priest on the 10th of October 1987 and received the episcopal ordination on the 5th February 2011. He completed his doctoral studies in canon law at the Pontifical University of Holy Cross. He has also served in the diplomatic services of the Holy See to Sri Lanka, Austria, Indonesia and to Nigeria for the time being.

In keeping up with the measures and regulations of Covid precautions, Mons. Antonio Filipazzi joined with the community for a meeting. His words expressing the value being formed in a seminary where the seminarians from all over the world are under one roof and the experience of serving in the vineyard of the Lord in various fields were indeed encouraging the seminarians aspiring to be holy priests one day.
